What can I expect from A Very Naughty Christmas?

Welcome to Christmas done a little differently… A Very Naughty Christmas (AVNC) is a Christmas comedy concert, cabaret and variety show. Originally paying homage to the traditional English pantomime, AVNC has become an annual cabaret tradition full of Christmas carols, parodied songs, original music and a combination of skits, dancing, tricks and maybe even a little skin if you’re lucky!

Where is the show located?

We've decked the halls of the Alex Theatre, located at 1/135 Fitzroy St, St Kilda VIC 3182, Australia.

How long does it last?

Plan for 80 minutes of non-stop laughs, gasps, and wild holiday cheer.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Before and after the show, our lounge bar is your haven for pre- and post-performance indulgence. We recommend arriving an hour early to get into the holiday “spirits”.

Is there parking available?

Unfortunately, Santa's reindeer haven't delivered parking spaces at this venue, so it's best to leave the sleigh (or car) behind.

Will there be additional sessions?

While we'd love to make that tingley Christmas feeling last forever, we can't guarantee extra sessions. Check our experience page for the latest on availability – those are the confirmed dates, and they fill up faster than stockings on Christmas Eve!

Will there be interaction with the performers?

Our performers are all about sharing the spotlight and getting you in on the action during this naughty experience. So, get ready to join the festivities and participate, but remember to keep those hands in check – it's all in good, naughty fun!

Will there be merchandise for sale?

Santa's sack is packed to the brim, and so is our merchandise booth! Get ready to shop 'til you drop and take home some festive goodies to remember the evening.

Where can I get tickets?

You can get tickets in the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store, or on the Fever website.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do?

You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the show. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

Timing is everything, like Santa’s schedule! To make the most of your naughty adventure, please strut your stuff to the venue at the time stated on your ticket - we wouldn’t want you to miss a moment of the action!

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

Feeling lonely without your four-legged pals? Sorry, folks, no animals, not even our beloved service furballs (sorry Rudolph), are allowed to join the festive and naughty festivities at this event.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Your venue is your kind of playground! It's fully accessible, ensuring that everyone can get in on the naughty festive fun. Please select on the map a wheelchair seat.

How do I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket. Once we receive this, we will provide you with the code of a voucher, that you can use to purchase your free Carer ticket. Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue.

What are the prohibited items at the experience? Can I smoke or vape?

Leave the smokes and vapes at home, folks! We're keeping it steamy, but we don't mean literally. Smoking and vaping are strictly off-limits inside the venue.

Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?

While we'd love to cater to everyone, this experience isn't quite tuned in for our deaf and visually impaired friends. We are doing our best to make all our experiences inclusive and would recommend you take a look at other experiences in your city.

Will there be strobe lights?

No strobe lights stealing the spotlight here – we're all about the sizzling performances and naughty surprises.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Sorry, paparazzi! Photos and videos are a no-go, even if your camera's hiding in your stocking!

Is there a Lost & Found?

Is a coat check available?

Baby, it's cold outside – and inside. Fear not; our venue offers a coat check. Just check in with our staff for directions.

Is there an age requirement?

This experience is exclusively for guests aged 18 and older. We're all about keeping it spicy and festive, just like Santa's love for those holiday treats that make the season sizzle!
